Field visit #1 - Talgar

The Vetmobile team spent three days working in the city of Talgar.

Impact:

• 66 animals were operated on
• Included both pets and animals under the care of volunteers
• Routine spaying and neutering procedures

Each surgery provides:

• prevention of oncology and inflammatory diseases
• reduction of hormonal stress
• prevention of unwanted litters
• contribution to reducing the stray population in the region

The workflow was organized by appointment, ensuring no queues and full compliance with safety protocols.

Field visit #2 - Karasay District (dacha communities)

A one-day visit to the dacha communities of the Karasay District.

Impact:

• 25 dogs and cats were operated on
• Assistance to private sector residents
• Support for volunteers

Such visits are vital for remote areas, where pet owners often doesn't have an opportunity to bring their animals to a clinic.
